Hiro used to say,"No goal is too small or too big as long as you put your mind and work to it." He would live by this daily. Every day he would make his goals clear whether it was making sure that he managed to stretch before sleep, read a few pages of his favorite new cartoon or get into a new healthy habit. And if some goals needed continuous effort, he would check he incorporates the effort to daily routine. It was easy for him to do because his mind was clear on achieving the goal and there was no room in his mind to backtrack on the effort or doubt his decisions. Once decided, he would not be done until the goal was achieved.
Just start small and make sure you live to what you determined like jogging in a costume "Peeking from behind the corner" in Bay to Breakers race.😅
