As life comes to all of us, death comes to all of us. Although no one knows when his or her end comes, nourishing life is the best one can do, and so did Hiro.
Cultivate breathing deeply, practice softness and flexibility in your life to live healthily. Light a candle or say a prayer for your loved ones who passed away.

“Seeing the subtle is called illumination.
Keeping flexible is called strength.
Use the illumination, but return to the light.
Don’t bring harm to yourself.
This is called “practicing the eternal.” Lao Tzu
